We are recruiting for a SHE Advisor to work on a project in Birmingham, on behalf of our client who has a nationwide presence. SHE Advisor roles and responsibilities: To promote and sustain a positive Safety, Health, Environmental (SHE) culture throughout the Water Division. Ensure the effective implementation of associated management strategies and SHE action plans that exceed client expectations while preventing incidents, injuries, work-related illnesses, damage to underground and overhead apparatus and domestic services, Safe Production (Temporary Works, PPVI) and driver behaviour to reduce at-fault traffic collisions. SHE Advisor requirements: NEBOSH General, Construction or equivalent Professional membership of Tech IOSH or equivalent with relevant CPD Knowledge and experience in Streetworks, excavations, plant and pedestrian interfaces, and Construction Design Management.
