Senior MEP Project Manager - Healthcare

We are currently working with a highly established Building Services / MEP contractor that has a strong and growing presence across the UK healthcare sector. The business is currently delivering a number of major healthcare schemes across Central London, with several live projects operating in the region, each with an MEP value of approximately £30m. Due to continued growth and a strong forward workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically biased Senior Project Manager who has a strong understanding of Electrical Services and wants to take the next step in their career with a business that genuinely invests in its people.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take a senior leadership position within one of the company's major healthcare schemes in Central London. You will report directly into the Project Director, working closely alongside the Electrical Senior Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the project from a technical, commercial and operational perspective. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Mechanical delivery of a major healthcare project.
• Working closely with the Project Director and Electrical Senior Project Manager.
• Managing project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Providing strong leadership across the MEP delivery function.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Managing client relationships and working closely with the wider project team.
• Overseeing technical, commercial and programme performance.
• Supporting the development and progression of project teams.
• Driving standards and continuous improvement across project delivery.

What We're Looking For

Healthcare experience is essential for this position. We're particularly interested in Senior Project Managers who have:

• A strong Mechanical Building Services background.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects.
• Good working knowledge of Electrical Building Services.
• Experience managing complex MEP projects and sizeable project teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to operate at Senior PM level while still being hands-on when required.
• A genuine desire to progress their career within the business.
• A track record demonstrating stability, commitment and longevity with previous employers.

Salary & Package

Salary up to £95,000. Potential to reach £100,000 for the right individual. One of the strongest overall packages currently available in the market. Very strong bonus scheme. Travel expenses paid.
