The role will oversee design and build and interiors projects valued up to £10m, with sites across Worcestershire.
You will lead projects from inception to completion, manage budgets, programmes and safety, coordinate subcontractors, and act as primary client contact to ensure satisfaction.
A proven track record in delivering up to £10m, CSCS/SMSTS and first aid are preferred.
