A small, welcoming and well-established nursing home on the outskirts of Dumfries is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:

N/SVQ Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
Medication training is desirable (training can be provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for care
Enthusiastic, motivated, and confident working as part of a close-knit team
Ability to support, mentor, and motivate junior staff
