A leading care provider in St Leonards-On-Sea is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator/Field Care Supervisor to join their rapidly expanding team on a full-time basis.
About the Care Coordinator/Field Care Supervisor role and what the client is offering:
- A competitive annual salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
- A permanent, full-time contract.
- Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, with additional on-call duties.
- Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay.
- Occupational sick pay and death in service payment.
As a Care Coordinator you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including some field-based work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Due to the field-based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
What we're looking for in a Care Coordinator/Field Care Supervisor:
- Experience of delivering and managing care support services.
- A good understanding of principles of good care.
- Be able to prioritise, especially under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and time-management skills.
