Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor (Runcorn HQ + 2 Days London) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + package Sectors: Housing, Care, Commercial, Education Location: North West with 2 days in London A leading main contractor with a strong reputation for regeneration, refurbishment, retrofit and new build projects is looking to appoint a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. Based from Runcorn, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of schemes while spending two days per week in London supporting live projects on site. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early‑career QS to gain hands‑on experience across multiple sectors and regions, working with a contractor known for quality delivery and long‑term progression. What You'll Be Involved In Supporting senior QSs with cost management, valuations, procurement and commercial reporting Assisting with subcontractor management, tender analysis and contract administration Working on a mix of housing, care, commercial and education schemes Exposure to refurbishment, retrofit, regeneration and new build projects Regular site visits, including two days per week in London Contributing to project delivery across multiple UK regions What We're Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar Strong communication, organisation and numerical skills Eager to learn, proactive and confident working on live projects Ability to work across multiple sites and manage travel as required Genuine interest in progressing within a main contracting environment What's On Offer £30,000 - £35,000 + package Structured development and mentorship Exposure to varied sectors and project types Clear progression pathway within a respected contractor
