Site Manager - Retail Fit Out & Rollout Programme South East & South Coast | 18-Month Programme
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in retail fit-out and refurbishment projects? My client is recruiting multiple Site Managers to join a major fast-track retail rollout programme covering locations across the South East and South Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work, with an initial 18-month programme already confirmed and the potential for further projects within the business upon successful completion.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of retail refurbishment and fit-out schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. The middle of the patch is around Royal Tunbridge Wells, with projects stretching from East Hampshire through to Devon. Candidates should therefore be comfortable travelling across the region as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing site operations from start through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Maintaining health and safety compliance
- Monitoring programme and project delivery
- Ensuring quality standards are achieved
- Liaising with clients, project teams and stakeholders
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST hold:
- Black or White CSCS Card
- SMSTS Certificate
- First Aid at Work Certificate
You will also have:
- Proven experience managing retail fit-out, refurbishment or rollout projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage fast-paced programmes and multiple stakeholders
