Overview
PSR Solutions are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work with a specialist modular/offsite construction contractor delivering high-quality modular building projects in and around Rochester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of modular installations and associated site works. This role will suit a Site Manager with strong experience in modular, offsite, or systems-built construction who is confident managing logistics, cranage, subcontractors, and client interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all site-based activities for modular build projects from set-up through to completion and handover.
- Oversee delivery, lift, installation, and finishing of modular units.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Produce and maintain site documentation including RAMS, permits, toolbox talks, and progress reports.
- Conduct site inductions and daily briefings.
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and client representatives.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure works meet specification.
- Maintain site security, housekeeping, and welfare standards.
