Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a social housing adaptations project in Retford. This role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and adaptation works within void properties, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out multi-trade works including (but not limited to) carpentry, plastering, tiling, and general repairs
- Complete social housing void properties - Kitchen & Bathrooms
- Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining professionalism and respect for tenants
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements (Essential):
- Valid CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP)
- Own vehicle / Tools
- Qualification or apprenticeship in a primary trade OR NVQ Diploma
- Immediate start
