Resident Liaison Officer

I am currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer on a social housing scheme in West Yorkshire. This will be a fast paced role as there is up to 12 properties being worked on each week and travel between towns will be required however, mileage will be paid. My client is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and someone who is confident liaising with tenants and contractors, dealing with any issues promptly and professionally.
