We are pleased to be working in partnership with a warm and welcoming family-run care provider in their search for a dedicated and inspirational Registered Manager to lead their medium sized elderly and dementia care home in Accrington, Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential care professional looking to take the next step in their career, with genuine scope for progression within a growing organisation.

You will be supported by an engaged senior leadership team while having the autonomy to lead, develop, and enhance the service - truly putting your own stamp on the home. Our client is seeking a confident and compassionate leader who can maintain high standards of care and compliance, while also driving occupancy and strengthening the home’s reputation within the local community.
