Location: Harlow We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction team, supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects across the South East.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of key commercial functions on one or more projects, working closely with project and commercial teams to drive strong financial performance.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in cost management, subcontractor administration, and commercial reporting, helping to maximise project profitability while ensuring effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Support the commercial management of construction projects, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Assist with the procurement, negotiation, and administration of subcontractor packages.
Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment.
Contribute to monthly cost/value reconciliations and commercial reporting.
Work closely with project delivery teams to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
Help ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining strong commercial performance.
