We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Ringwood, Hampshire, working within the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all commercial aspects of social housing projects
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to contractual requirements
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within social housing or residential refurbishment
- Strong knowledge of cost control and contract management

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
