An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and well-established construction and fit-out specialist delivering high-quality commercial projects across London. Based out of modern offices in London Bridge, this hybrid role will see the successful candidate working on a range of commercial fit-out schemes valued up to 3m. The Role
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects simultaneously
- Preparing cost plans, valuations, and financial reports
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Administering variations and change control procedures
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, and cash flow
- Assisting with contract administration and final accounts
- Supporting operational teams to ensure commercial success across projects
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous experience within commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools
