PSR Solutions are currently assisting a multi-disciplinary medium sized main contractor in their search for a Quantity Surveyor. Our client works within the education, commercial, healthcare, retail & leisure sectors and delivers a mixture of new build, refurbishment and fit out schemes. This opportunity will be covering a scheme in Surrey.
Job role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Surrey
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience)
Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents.
- Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc.
- Undertake cost analysis.
- Arrange payments and value completed works.
Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working for a main contractor
