We\’re seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join a reputable groundworks contractor working on a major residential development along the South Coast. About the Role As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving quality standards across all groundworks operations. You\’ll work closely with the Health & Safety Manager, Contracts Manager, and site teams to ensure that all work meets client specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and inspection protocols. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with site teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for quality control and compliance. Support the Health & Safety and Contracts Managers in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality work. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
