PSR Solutions are partnering with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor in the construction industry to find an experienced Proposals Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team in Birmingham, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic and successful tender submissions.
As the Proposals Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and producing high-quality bid and tender submissions, coordinating input from multiple departments, and ensuring all documentation is compelling, compliant, and delivered to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the end-to-end proposal and bid process, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Analyse client documentation including PQQs, RFIs, and RFPs to extract and communicate requirements
- Coordinate input from multiple internal departments (commercial, design, delivery, etc.)
- Produce and format proposal documents to a high standard using approved templates and brand guidelines
- Maintain and manage the proposal content library and bid tracker
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and supporting materials
- Ensure compliance and consistency across all submissions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bid and proposal processes
- Experience in a proposals or bid coordination role, ideally within construction or professional services
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint)
- InDesign experience is essential
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work across departments
- An understanding of procurement and tender processes is desirable
