We are currently recruiting for an experience Project Manager with experience in Marine operations. A client of our have a strong pipeline of work for 2025 and with their growth need to add to their team. Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of the project until completion, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, job costing, and quality control Plan and manage demobilisation on completion, including liaising with ports, barge suppliers, tug suppliers, etc. Collaborate with engineers, designers, subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met, and that projects are delivered on time and within budget Ensure works are installed within tolerance and all QA is signed off as required by Client. Manage any defect works to spec, on time and within budget Conduct daily project status meeting with the Client to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress, issues, and risks Communicate regularly with the client and other third parties to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues that may arise Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and policies Ensure both shifts have the necessary handover information and are clear on planned works for the shift. Other Requirements Ideally, experience specifically with commercial diving operations, floating crane barge operations, scour protection installation Experience producing and managing programmes using Microsoft Project or similar. Experience in Client interface management and developing and managing Client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to react quickly and be dynamic Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and policies.
