You will drive the end-to-end commissioning process, recruit and develop the team, embed governance and quality, and drive occupancy as the service opens.
The role offers a permanent, full-time contract (40 hours) with a circa £60,000 basic salary, plus a £30,000+ performance-related bonus potential (£90,000+ OTE).
