The Role We are seeking an experienced proactive QA Inspector / Technical Assistant to conduct quality checks, assess installations and installer competency, sign off improvements, and provide practical technical guidance across our compliance programme. Key responsibilities: Carry out QA inspections of fire compartmentation / firestopping installations and sign off remedial works Support FIRAS audits and help maintain ISO 9001, 14001 Assess installer competency, manage improvement plans and deliver on-site technical briefings / toolbox talks Complete pre-commencement site audits and advise on suitable products and solutions Provide clear technical guidance to our operations team and contribute to project-specific passive fire designs Prepare accurate O ll Bring Experience in QA / compliance, ideally within firestopping, passive fire, fit-out or MEPH Good working knowledge of fire compartmentation, manufacturer details and industry standards Confident communicator - comfortable on site with installers and in front of clients Strong attention to detail, organised, and proactive A-Level / Level 3 qualification or equivalent trade background Desirable (not essential): IFE Level 2, CSCS card, or experience in passive fire pro...
