Our client is an internationally renowned Principal Contractor working within the UK construction and infrastructure market. They provide turnkey solutions across Major Projects within rail and infrastructure, including design, engineering, project management, construction and maintenance solutions.
They are currently recruiting for 2 Office Administrators with cost clerk experience, on an initial 6 month contract.
Office Administrator responsibilities and Experience:
- Working closely with the project and commercial team, you will assist in the day-to-day office administration, record keeping and monitoring of costs.
- Processing of Goods Received Notes (GRNS)
- Recording of labour / plant / material and subcontract costs including site returns
- Maintaining site cost records, GRN's, plant tickets etc
- Analysing and resolving invoice and payment queries
