PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Design Manager in Nottingham to work on a new build commercial scheme.

My client is a main contractor specialising in multi-million new build projects. They are currently seeking a freelance Design Manager for a commercial scheme in Nottingham.

As Design Manager on this project, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Attending and contributing to design meetings
  • Liaising with clients, architects and external consultants
  • Managing site audits and creating proactive risk assessments
  • Ensuring sub-contractor compliance with client specifications
  • Ensuring project completion in line with programme
  • Value engineering/ resolving technical and design issues
