PSR Solutions is proud to be working in partnership with an award-winning and respected care home provider. We are seeking an experienced and talented Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager in this prestigious and peaceful medium sized Elderly & Dementia residential care home in Brooke, Norwich.
Role
As Deputy Manager, you will help lead the care team and work closely with the Home Manager to keep everything running smoothly and ensure all of the residents receive the highest quality of care. You will be a key role model for the care staff - guiding, mentoring, and supporting them through hands-on training and everyday leadership. You will also play an important part in welcoming new residents by helping with pre-admission assessments, keeping care plans and daily notes up to date, and building strong relationships with residents' families and other professionals.
