Electrical Supervisor Northamptonshire | 6-Month Contract | £290-£320 per Day | CIS or PAYE We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major construction project in Northamptonshire on an initial 6-month contract basis. Working with a leading contractor, you will play a key role in overseeing electrical installation works on a large-scale project, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and programme deadlines. The Role As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating electrical installation teams on site, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include: Supervising electrical installation works across the project. Coordinating subcontractors and electrical operatives on site. Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered in line with project programmes. Conducting quality inspections and ensuring installations meet required standards. Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Reviewing and implementing RAMS and permit systems.
