Our prestigious client, a leading provider of Supported Living to Adults with Learning Disabilities, is looking to appoint a team of experienced Team Leaders in Newbury.
Your role:
- To provide practice leadership and operational management of the service and to ensure optimum support to individuals is achieved.
- Oversee support offered for people with learning disabilities and autism to enhance their role as equal members of the community.
- Ensure support standards are adhered to and that we comply with all current legislation and regulations associated with managing support services.
- Provide direct support and supervision to all staff employed or volunteering in the service.

Essential Requirements:
- Have or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Residential Care
- Be passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
- Have previous managerial experience in a similar environment
- Have the resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
- Have a full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
