Our prestigious client, a leading provider of Supported Living to Adults with Learning Disabilities, is looking to appoint a team of experienced Support Workers in Newbury.
Your role:
- To support the registered manager and the business services in providing high standards of care and quality of life to the people whom we support.
- To provide quality support and promote independence in all aspects of daily life to people in their own homes, in relationships, health and wellbeing, employment and leisure.

Essential Requirements:
- You MUST have or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Residential Care
- Be passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
- Have previous managerial experience in a similar environment
- Have the resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
- Have a full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
