We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Finisher to join a busy void property refurbishment scheme in Sheffield, starting in September. You will be working on empty properties, carrying out finishing and remedial works as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, multi-skilled operative looking for a solid run of work.
The Role
- Carrying out finishing and remedial works within void properties
- Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- General snagging and making good
- Minor repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring properties are finished to a high standard
- Working alongside other trades as part of a professional site team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative or Finisher
- Experience working on refurbishment or void properties
- Good knowledge of kitchen and bathroom works
- Ability to carry out a range of finishing and remedial tasks
- Own tools
- Valid CSCS card is essential
- Reliable and able to commit to the full duration
