We are a growing interior residential fit-out subcontractor delivering high-quality works across multiple live residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on site, manage subcontract trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
The role involves managing several sites concurrently, liaising closely with main contractors, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily site operations across multiple residential fit-out projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality standards
- Maintain high levels of health & safety compliance on all sites
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks and snagging
- Liaise with main contractors, site teams and clients
- Manage materials, deliveries and logistics
- Report on progress, delays and issues to senior management
- Ensure works are completed to specification and client expectations
- Proven experience in residential interior fit-out
- Strong site management or project management background
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- SMSTS / SSSTS (preferred)
- First Aid (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary £65k - £75k
