We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a modern, well-established care home in Fife. About the Role
As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful management of the care home, ensuring consistently high standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing. You will lead, inspire and develop a dedicated team, oversee the home's operational and financial performance, maintain strong occupancy levels and build positive relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
