Key Responsibilities:- Lead the bid process for a range of projects, managing all stages from initial prequalification to final submission.

- Produce high-quality, persuasive bid documentation, ensuring all submissions meet client requirements, are commercially viable, and align with the company's standards.

- Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager, ideally with a Tier 1 or major contractor in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project delivery, and procurement procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple complex bids simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail, with a strong ability to synthesise complex information into clear and compelling submissions.
