PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Contracts Manager in West London/ West M25 to work for a civils contractor on data centres.
An established civils and groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of major civils and groundworks packages on large-scale data centre developments across the South East and London regions. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in infrastructure, groundworks, reinforced concrete, and fast-paced commercial projects to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee multiple civils and groundworks projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Manage site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and senior management teams.
- Monitor project performance, programme progress, procurement, and commercial reporting.
- Review RAMS, construction programmes, and temporary works procedures.
- Drive health & safety compliance and promote a positive safety culture across all projects.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor packages effectively.
- Attend client meetings, progress meetings, and internal planning reviews.
- Support project delivery teams with technical and operational guidance.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils, groundworks, or infrastructure.
- Previous experience delivering data centre, commercial, industrial, or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of groundworks, drainage, RC structures, external works, and infrastructure packages.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-track programmes simultaneously.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications required.
- Temporary Works knowledge beneficial.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
