Key Responsibilities

- Health & Safety compliance - Ensure all works comply with UK fire safety regulations, RAMS, and company procedures.
- Quality assurance - Conduct inspections, snagging, and sign‑offs to maintain high installation standards.
- Client liaison - Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Scheduling & reporting - Manage daily site records, progress reports, and workforce planning.
- Material & resource management - Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and used efficiently.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in fire protection (e.g., passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire doors, or sprinkler systems)
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- CSCS card
- Strong understanding of UK fire safety regulations and construction site management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence

- FIRAS, IFC, BM TRADA, or similar third‑party accreditation
