Up to £125,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Package
An exclusive opportunity with a business that's going places. I'm delighted to be representing a highly regarded Tier 1 main contractor on an exclusive agency basis for the appointment of a Senior MEP Commercial Manager. After meeting with the Commercial Director, MEP Director and HR/Talent Acquisition team, I was particularly impressed by the people behind the business, the culture they've created and, most importantly, the scale of their plans for the next few years.

The current pipeline includes several major Central London developments, spanning:

Several are already at PCSA/pre-construction stage, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to influence commercial strategy from the outset and remain involved through delivery and final account.
The Role
As Senior MEP Commercial Manager, you'll take a senior position within the MEP commercial function and play a key role in the commercial success of these projects. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and mentoring commercial teams
- Procurement and subcontract strategy
- Commercial reporting and cost control
- Valuations, variations and change management
- Risk and opportunity management
- Subcontractor management and negotiations
- Supporting pre-construction and PCSA activities
- Working closely with senior operational and MEP leadership
- Taking projects through to completion and final account
This is a role for someone who wants real influence, rather than simply managing a set of commercial processes.
