PSR Solutions is seeking a Managing Director to take full ownership of the Fire Solutions division.
You will lead commercially and operationally — driving new contract wins, building the right team, delivering projects, and scaling the business with a plan to double revenue and headcount within three years.
You will report to the Group Director and have genuine autonomy to run the division as your own within the group, with a flexible UK-based base and travel to client sites as required.
