Industry Experience: Utilities, civils & drainage, with Water sector experience an advantage Duties: Able to price packages and projects including Labour, Plant & Materials from 1st Principles Competitive Framework experience, ideally pricing utilities and water framework packages from £100k - £1m.Contract: Outside ir35 and part-time 2-3 days a week Location: Remote with occasional need to attend the London office
