My client is a regional main contractor specialising in multi-million new build projects across the industrial and high rise accommodation sectors. They are currently seeking a freelance Design Manager for a new build £50m scheme near to Oxford.
The successful design manager will have 5 years main contractor experience and high value project experience.
As Design Manager on this project, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Attending and contributing to design meetings
- Liaising with clients, architects and external consultants
- Managing site audits and creating proactive risk assessments
