Seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead pricing, tendering, and cost planning across our drylining projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings deep technical knowledge of drylining systems, materials, and commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate tenders, cost plans, and bills of quantities for drylining packages
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Lead value‑engineering discussions and identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Oversee junior estimators and support team development
- Work closely with commercial and project delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within drylining or interior fit‑out
- Strong understanding of SFS, partitions, ceilings, and associated systems
- Excellent numeracy, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
