A well-established nursing home in the Kinross area is currently looking to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their experienced nursing team. As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD), you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with a variety of complex needs. You will be responsible for administering medication, developing and reviewing care plans, monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, and working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of clinical care are consistently maintained.

Applicants for this Staff Nurse position should meet the following criteria:

  • Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD
  • Previous experience within elderly care, neurological care, dementia care, mental health or complex care settings
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, professional and committed to delivering exceptional care
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship or visa switch available)
