PSR Solutions are working in partnership with a globally recognised project and programme management consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Director for a landmark sports and entertainment development near Colchester. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role on a nationally significant project, overseeing large-scale construction delivery from pre-construction through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programme performance, stakeholder management, commercial oversight and overall project execution on a highly complex, high-profile scheme.

We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a strong background delivering major projects within sectors such as stadiums, arenas, mixed-use developments, infrastructure, commercial or large-scale public assembly projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of a major high-profile development from inception to completion
  • Manage client relationships and act as the senior point of contact across the project
  • Oversee programme, commercial performance, risk and reporting functions
