Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor in Birmingham. Projects range up to £120m across sectors including Highrise Multiroom, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial. We are looking for someone with experience with RC Frame projects specifically so please only apply if you have the relevant experience.

Run the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the Project Manager in planning and execution of project activities, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
Ensure the proper implementation of all company HSE process and procedure.
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally with exposure to highrise, healthcare, commercial or educational projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and health and safety regulations.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field i.e. CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification essential.
55,000 – £65,000 + Car/ Car Allowance + Bonus.
