Salary: Up to £51K per Annum (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Structure

Reports to: Operations Manager

We\’re proud to be partnering with a prestigious Care Provider in their search for an experienced and committed Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of their specialist services in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Skills & Qualities:

Proven manager with experience of successfully leading a high-quality care home
Qualified in Positive Behaviour Support, Learning Disabilities, or Nursing
Currently registered with the CQC, or previously registered in a comparable role
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of care sector regulations and best practiceExperience:

RNLD or RMN with an active NMC pin – desirable (not essential)
Knowledge of care regulations (CQC, Health and Social Care Act, KLOEs etc.)
Passionate about high-quality, person-centred care
Confident using IT systems
