PSR Solutions is working with a well-regarded care home to recruit an experienced Head Chef in Knutsford, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to lead a kitchen team and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals that support residents\β health and well-being.
The Role
Reporting to the Home Manager, you\βll manage the day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You\βll cater to residents\β dietary needs while creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
What We\βre Looking For
Previous experience as a Head Chef in a similar setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of nutrition, allergens, and food safety regulations
NVQ Level 3 in Catering or equivalent (desirable)
Excellent communication and time management
