We're looking for a dynamic, detail-driven Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-construction activity within our growing passive fire protection division. If you thrive on shaping projects from the ground up, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every detail is watertight before work begins, this is your stage.

What You’ll Own

  • Pre-construction leadership — Oversee all passive fire pre-construction processes, ensuring projects are scoped, priced, and prepared to the highest standard.
  • Estimating support — Work closely with our estimating team to develop accurate, competitive, and compliant cost proposals.
  • Client documentation — Produce, review, and manage all pre-construction paperwork, including technical submissions, RAMS, schedules, and tender packs.
  • Client engagement — Attend meetings, present solutions, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-construction phase.
  • Coordination & planning — Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project handover into delivery.
  • Compliance & standards — Ensure all proposals meet the latest fire safety regulations, certification requirements, and industry best practice.
