PSR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our specialist groundworks client for an ongoing gang role on a large residential development in Gillingham, Dorset. You\’ll join a close-knit team, reporting directly to the site foreman, and help deliver foundations, drainage and external works across multiple plots. Key Responsibilities Digging and preparing trenches for footings, drainage runs and ducting Assisting with concrete pours, blinding and hardcore placement Installing and back-filling drainage pipework Transferring materials around site safely (100% manual and plant-assisted) Keeping work areas tidy and compliant with site health & safety standards Candidate Requirements Proven experience in groundworks or civils operations Valid CSCS card preferred Plant tickets (CPCS/NPORS) advantageous but not a deal-breaker Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25kg Strong teamwork mindset and reliability Comfortable taking direction from the foreman
