We are seeking an experienced Freelance Design Manager to join a major refurbishment project on a 2-year contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile scheme, managing the design process to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the design process across all project stages
- Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and client teams
- Ensure design information is delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Review and manage design programmes and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate design risks and clashes
- Lead design meetings and drive progress across disciplines
