PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Foreman to work on Gatwick Airport. An experienced Foreman is required to support the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure works at Gatwick Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term aviation project and play a key role in delivering high-profile civils works within a live operational airport environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations across civils and infrastructure works
- Coordinate site teams, plant, labour, and subcontractors
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with airport and HSE regulations
- Monitor progress against programme and report updates to site management
- Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and inspections
- Maintain high standards of quality control and housekeeping
- Ensure permits, RAMS, and site documentation are correctly implemented
- Liaise with engineers, management teams, and operational stakeholders on site
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain productivity and programme delivery
- Previous experience working as a Foreman within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Experience within live environments such as airports, highways, rail, or utilities is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site supervision responsibilities
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple work activities
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred
- CSCS card essential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
