We are working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Externals Manager to oversee the delivery of the external works package on a high-quality new build project in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing external works from groundworks through to final completion.

The Role

  • Manage all external works packages from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
  • Oversee:
    • Kerbing
    • Paving
    • Hard landscaping
    • Soft landscaping
    • External finishes
    • Roads and footpaths
    • Drainage interfaces
  • Ensure quality inspections and snagging are completed in line with programme.
  • Monitor site health.
