We’re looking for an experienced Retrofit Site Manager to oversee remediation and cladding projects across social housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee cladding remediation works, including compliance with current safety regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in remediation and cladding projects
- Strong knowledge of building safety regulations and façade systems
- SMSTS and relevant construction certifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
