We are currently seeking an experienced EUSR Groundworker to join our team on a range of civil engineering and utility projects. The successful candidate must hold valid EUSR accreditation and possess Dumper and Roller tickets. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong commitment to health and safety and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including excavation, drainage, ducting, reinstatement, and general site preparation.
- Operate dumper and roller machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with utility installation and maintenance works as required.
- Read and work from site drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Essential Requirements
- Valid EUSR card/accreditation.
- Valid Forward Tipping Dumper ticket.
- Valid Ride-on Roller ticket.
- Previous experience in groundworks, civil engineering, or utility projects.
- Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
Desirable Requirements
- Streetworks (NRSWA) qualification.
- Confined Space certification.
