We're seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor to oversee the full survey process, from initial order to final report. What You'll Do

  • Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
  • Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
  • Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
  • Produce high‑quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
  • Attend site visits and support client relationships
  • Promote additional services and support business development
  • Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
  • Investigate non‑conformances and maintain accurate records
  • Support colleagues and represent the surveying function professionally

What You'll Bring
