We're seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor to oversee the full survey process, from initial order to final report. What You'll Do
- Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
- Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
- Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
- Produce high‑quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
- Attend site visits and support client relationships
- Promote additional services and support business development
- Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
- Investigate non‑conformances and maintain accurate records
- Support colleagues and represent the surveying function professionally
What You'll Bring

- Hands‑on experience installing fire protection systems (essential)
